The conference hotel is the Embassy Suites - Hampton Roads. This beautiful hotel is located directly next to the Hampton Roads Convention Center. The site is conveniently located at the intersection of I-64 and I-664 in Hampton, Virginia near both the Norfolk International Airport and the Newport News/Williamsburg International Airport.

A block of rooms has been reserved for October 18-22, 2009. The special room rate of $135/night has been negotiated for our meeting.  It will be available until September 19th or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.
