The Virginia Association of Hazardous Materials Response Specialists will host its Annual Hazmat Conference September 16 – 19, 2025 at the Marriott City Center in Newport News, Virginia. The conference will host pre-conference workshops, classroom education, hand-on training, networking and an exhibit hall.

We couldn’t host this conference without our exhibitors and sponsors. Make sure to check who will be in attendance at this year’s event, and make plans to stop and talk with these organizations. They provide education, equipment and valuable resources to you and your department.
HOUSING
A Block of rooms have been reserved at the Marriott City Center for $144 per night plus tax. Attendees can book rooms until Friday, August 15, 2025. After the deadline, you may not receive the conference housing rate.
